Ina Mobley MSN, RN

Ina brings over 15 years of nursing experience.  She has served as a leader over ortho/neuro/trauma and rehab departments where she led daily operations and staffing and additionally has served as a preceptor for new managers.  During the height of COVID-19, she managed a 20-bed Critical Care Covid unit and assisted with opening an additional Critical Care Covid unit while also significantly improving the RN turnover from 42.86% in December 2020 to 17.39% December 2021. 

 

Ina holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Western Governors University.
