Director of Patient Outcomes

Carrie Davenport, OTR, serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Johnson County Rehabilitation Hospital and brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to her role. She began her career as an Occupational Therapist, where she developed a passion for helping patients overcome challenges and achieve their highest level of function and independence.

Eight years ago, Carrie transitioned into the IRF-PAI Coordinator role, focusing on patient outcomes, quality improvement, and regulatory excellence. For the past two years, she has served as Director of Patient Outcomes with Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, partnering with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Carrie is passionate about rehabilitation and has a special interest in neurodevelopmental therapy and helping patients recovering from complex conditions achieve meaningful progress. Her experience, clinical perspective, and commitment to continuous improvement support her goal of creating better outcomes for every patient.
