Jason Berry
Director of Facilities Management
Jason Berry brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in facilities management, healthcare compliance, public safety, emergency management, and military operations. As Director of Facilities Management at Johnson County Rehabilitation Hospital, he oversees facility operations, life safety compliance, environmental services, emergency preparedness, and facility improvement initiatives that support exceptional patient care.

Prior to joining the hospital, Jason held leadership roles in healthcare compliance, occupational safety, and emergency services. He also served as a Master Firefighter and spent more than two decades in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3).

Jason is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) and Certified Emergency Power Systems Specialist–Health Care (CEPSS-HC). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science Administration and is committed to fostering strong teams, operational excellence, and a safe, high-quality environment for patients, staff, and the community.
